Does This Sound Like You?

The very premise of a possible separation from one's child, even if temporary, inflicts profound emotional and mental strain. Parents often grapple with feelings of powerlessness, fear, and shame, exacerbated by the labyrinthine nature of the legal system and the perceived judgment from society.

  • Do you feel overwhelmed? Navigating the complexities of the system and understanding legal jargon can feel insurmountable.
  • Does it seem that others don't understand your struggle or that they're being judged by society?
  • Are you frustrated that the system is biased against them or that they are not being heard?
  • And when it comes down to it, do you have a suspicion of the motives of caseworkers, courts, or the system in general?
